The problem of Juvenile Delâ€" inquency has become so wide spread that it constitutes a pretty serious indictment of the society in which we live. The fact that this problem is only caused by a minority of the youth does not excuse it nor minimize its importance. In 1958 we had $1,000 Juvenile Delinquents, I know what our answer will be to such a condition. We who are intensely interestâ€" ed in the welfare of our youth, must be continually on the alert, so that when their opportunity does come, we may be able to assist them in every way possiâ€" ble. The strongest force in this country has been the christian family, when unified by the love of Christ and guided by God‘s word, the family has made a home out of a house, a communâ€" ity out of a town, a congregaâ€" tion out of a church, and in the case of the pioneers a nation out of a wilderness.
