Seek Amendment Kitchener Union Kitchenerâ€"Waterloo Civic Workers Federal Union, Local 68, has given notice that it inâ€" tends to amend the present colâ€" lecive agreement it has with the City of Kitchener. City personnel director, Norâ€" man MacKenzie, said today the agreement between the city and union ends Feb. 28, 1957. Under the Labor Act a Union must signify 30 days in adâ€" vance it wishes amendments to an agreement.
