Six servings. 4 teaspoon salt 2 egg whites 4 2 tablespoons sugar Few drops peÂ¥permint fiavoring Soak {ehtine or 5 minutes in % cup milk. Place remaining milk in‘ tos of double boiler and scald. Add soaked gelatine, grated chocoa late and stir until chocolate mel's.‘ Beat egg yolks with 3 tablespoons sugar and salt. Pour hot chocolate mixture gradually over egg yolks, stirring constantly. Beat egg whites until stiff and add the remaining 2 tablespoons sugar and flavoring. Fold into chocolate mixture and pour into a moistened mould. Chili until set and serve with cream. Six servings. _ 2 cups diced potatoes, % cup 1 celery leaves, 1 clove garlic, | l4 tsp. chili powder, 1 tsp. sait, 2 cups water, 2 thsps. dripping, 2 ths. flour, 3 cups milk. Cook potatoes, celery, garlic and seasonings in water until vegetaâ€" bles are tender. Melt dripping, potato mixture. Take out garlic and celery leaves and serve. Top with grated cheesc.
