The Ladies' Auxiliary of St James Lutheran Church held their annual Christmas socusl last Thurs day evening at the home of Miss Ethel Hunsberger The President, Mrs. Walter Bcchthuld presided over a short business section. Mrs. H. N. Foster, Convener of the Wel- fare Committee, related the pre- parations for Christmas cheer, cards for shut-ms, and cards for the children in the Sick Children's Hospital in Toronto Mrs. Foster was commended for her splendid services as Welfare convenor dur, ing the past year.
