In closing Mr. Jones called atâ€" tention to the tremendous task facing the people of this Dominâ€" ion, namely that of weaving into one grand fabric not only the Engâ€" lish and Frengh Canadians, but also all those other people who have come to our land from the different countries of Europe, and who will come in still greater numbers â€" during the postâ€"war period, so that the unity of our national life may be in no way retarded.
