On the evening of July 3rd about thirty young people of Bethel United Church gathered at the home of Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Bean for their monthâ€" ly meeting. The program was preâ€" sided over by Carman Facey. No. 81 from the Canadian Hymna) was the opening hymn followed with prayer by Jeasie Ellis. Ethel Facey read the Scripture lesson and Walker Hilborn conducted the Bible Study. Florence Facey played a piano solo and the current events were given by Mauâ€" rice Diamond. Robert Fleming then rendered two mouth organ selections were were followed by a reading by Bruce Mcintyre. After a temperance address given by Mre.
