The amount of the cheque totalled $813.14. ‘The grant which is for the Continuation School is the third received this year which includes the government grants and in all total $3.300.00. Class at Floradale. o relatives in town The funeral took place here on Tuesday afternoon of the late NMichael Fries Of Kitchener, interâ€" ment was made in the Elmira Luâ€" theran cemetery. The late Mr. Fries was born Sept. 11, 1865, near Winâ€" terbourne, a son of the Mr. and Mrs. Michael Fries. Mr. Fries died on Saturday afternoon after an illness of about three weeks.. Elmira Notes.
