Tp. Clerk. Quart of Water Cleans Kidneys Take a Little Saits if Your Back Hurts, or Bladder is Troubling You. No man or woman can make a mistake by flushing the kidneys ocâ€" casionally, â€" says a _ wellâ€"known authority. Eating too much rich food creates acids, which excite the kidneys. They become overworked from the strain, get sluggish and fail to filter the waste and poisons from the blood. Then we get sick. Rheuâ€" matism, headaches, liver trouble, nervousness, dizziness, â€" sleeplessâ€" ness and urinary disorders often come from sluggish kidneys. The moment you feel a dull ache in the kidneys, or your back hurts, or if the urine is cloudy, offensive, full of sediment, irregular of pasâ€" sage or attended by a sensation of scalding, begin drinking a quart of water each day, also get about four ounces of Jad Salts from any pharmâ€" acy; take a tablespoon in a glass of waterâ€" before breakfast, and in a few days your kidneys may act fine. aaug e un t on en esn t en e o t n e e This famous salts is made from the acid of grapes and lemon juice, combined with lithia, and has been used for years to flush and stimuâ€" late the kidneys; also to help neuâ€" tralize the acids in the system, so they no longer cause irritation, thus often relieving bladder weakness. Jad Salts is inexpensive; makes a delightful effervescent lithiaâ€"water drink which everyone should take now and then to help keep the kidâ€" neys clean and active and the blood pure, thereby often avoiding serious kidney complications. WINDSOR ALDERMEN â€" wWHO FOUGHT FOR BETTER CONDITIONS ARE RETURNED The vote in the municipal election in Windsor is a great victory for its forces of law and order, as Alderman Clyde W. Curry, who led the fight for a thorough investigation of the Police Department, and the six Al dermen who backed him"in his enâ€" deavors, were all returned to office by comfortable margins. Alderman Curry headed the polls by 1,500 over Alderman Garnet Rdwards, one of the six who backed him up in the battle which finally led to the re signation of former Chief of Police Danie? Thompson, who quit just beâ€" fore the Police Commission was about to make public the results of a three weeks inquiry into his adâ€" ministration of the department. There was no cohtest for mayor, Mayor Cecil E. Jackson having been returned for a second term by acclaâ€" mation." . c Minard‘s Linimen* relleves backâ€" Silver Plated Bread and Gake Trays, sus.a?a%s cmiua.u $5.00, $5.50 and $7.00 Stainless Steel Knives and Forks.
