Toletzki of Waterloo ° was married to Miss Bessie Rose Smith, second daughter of Mr. and ‘ Mrs. Charles® Smith of Kitchener. The attendants were Miss . Janet Smith, the bride‘s sister, and Mrs. Fred Toletzki. , The newly wedded couple left on a honeymoon trip to Detroit and on their return will take up their residence in their mew home on Ezra Ave., Waterloo. 4 Both .Mr. and Mrs: Toletzki were valued members of the Kaufman <Rubber Co. staff for many years. The marriage took place in ll'luh-‘ erton on Tuesday, February 19th, when Miss Myrtle Elizbaeth Caswell daughter of Mr. and Mre. W. J. Casâ€" well, a graduate nurse of the Kitchâ€" enerâ€"Waterloo hospital to Vernon‘ Snider, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob S. Snider, and a member of the Head Office staff of the Dominion Life Assurance Company. Rev. Mr. Eaton tied the nuptial knot, the interesting event taking place at the bride‘s home in the presence of the immediate relatives. A host of Twin City friends, among whom the newly wedded young couple were quite popular will extend best wishes for many years of happiness and prosperity. SHELLEY ‘The death took ‘place at Kitchener on Saturday of Jacob C. Shelley, a respected and well known resident of Waterloo County, in his 72nd year. Deceased had been in inâ€" different health for about a yeat. The late Jacob C. Shelley was a son of Amos Shelley and Saloma H. Cook, and was iborn in Kitchener, on May 24, 1852. He was engaged for many years at the flour mill trade at E. W. B. Snider‘s at St. Jacobs and German Mills and also at Hawkesville. In 1907 he came to Kitchener where he made his home. In April, 1873, he married Mary Ann Weber, who survives with ten children, seven daughters and ;’three sops, namely Mrs. Fernando Snyder of Bloomingdale, Mrs. H. Walford, Elsie, Florence and Amy of this city, Mrs. Harold Butter worth of Wyandotte, Mich.; and Mrs. Meta Wood of Saskatchewan; Cranâ€" on of East Syracuse, N.Y., and Alâ€" vin and Lester of Kitchener.
