The deceased young lady had been ailing for some months with .m ering illness, gradually growing er, and while death was not wholly. unexpected it was nevertheless a great shockâ€" to the community at large, Miss Carey had by her unvarying acts of kindness and gentleness of disposiâ€" tion won for herself a host of friends, who now sincerely mourn her early demise in the bloom of young woman hood.
