Here are the facts: Mr. Breithaupt and the firm of which he is â€" President took $5,000 stock in the Ontario Beet Sugar Factory at Berlin payable in cash. Mr. Breitâ€" haupt gave _ an option on a piece â€" of land on which to piece of â€" land _ on which _ to erect the Sugar Factory and _ the company got the land at exactly the same rate quoted in the option, alâ€" though only a part of the land was taken and that the most valuable.
