- These photos were taken by Albert Schmuck when the soldiers were able to come back to Canada after the end of World War One.
Albert Schmuck held the position of Waterloo Postmaster from 1928 until his death in 1933. Albert Schmuck served in the 118th Battalion during the First World War and died from injuries sustained from mustard gas attacks. - Inscriptions
