- Full length photograph of Dr. William J. Fischer, possibly in front of the Kitchener-Waterloo Hospital (later Grand River Hospital).
- Notes
- Dr. William J. Fischer returned to Waterloo in 1904 from his medical studies in London, Ontario and practiced medicine in Berlin and Waterloo until his death from cancer in 1920. He was married to Caroline Kuntz, daughter of brewery owner Louis Kuntz. In 1918 he was appointed Medical Director for the Mutual Life Assurance Company.
