- Exterior of house on Forsyth Drive believed to have been built by the John Snider Family.
- Notes
- The house was built ca. 1850 by John Snider and his family. Snider came to Waterloo Region in 1812. In 1936 the house was sold to John D. Forsyth. In 1947 the property was sold to Dominion Life Assurance Company. In the 1950s the house was then sold to Dr. Archie Case who did extensive renovations while preserving the original structure of the house.
