Collection of photographs of the ground breaking, construction and grand opening of the John M. Harper branch of the Waterloo Public Library at 500 Fisher-Hallman Road.

Cover photo is architect's rendering of the proposed building by Teeple Architects.
Notes
This branch was named after John M. "Jack" Harper, a WWII veteran, Waterloo lawyer and community builder who served on many boards and did a great deal of fundraising for various charitable organizations.

Construction began in 2009 and the branch grand opening took place October 22, 2011. The library shares the building with the Stork YMCA.
