She write about this this wedding (June 1900)in her journal August 5, 1900 and writes that Bertie (McIntyre?) was there. She might be the women in the white dress on the right, between the two girls. Montgomery says she took a photo of the survivors.
I'm not sure of the connection to the Ned and Nora Campbell family.

Donald E Campbell and Janet MacPherson were my Mom's great-grandparents, the home where the photo was taken. My Aunt Charlotte (Charlotta Campbell) taught school in Regina for 40 years, lived to 102, great at Trivial Pursuit. Aunt Annie lived to 107, her final 30 or 40 years in Montreal on Rue St-Urbain looked after by my Aunt Ena MacFadyen, a nurse.
Mary Campbell was a College friend of LM Montgomery, thus the wedding day photo. janedyment.ca has a nice overview of this family and many others of PEI.. www.janedyment.ca/ppl/3/3/cf53259a3f34ea2b0f8a06aa633.html
