My late father ran two K6 tippers in 1952. They were mid 1940' models, originally supplied (right hand drive) to the City of London for clearing up bomb damage from the Blitz of WW2. After the war they were sold on for general use.One of the jobs that father used his K6's for was hauling hardcore for runway extensions at USAAf bases in Suffolk UK.
The trucks had Garwood tipping gear which was very good. The trucks gave good service and although I will be 80 this year I remember them well.
