The town Recreation Department is encouraging parents to register early to avoid disappointment of classes being full to capaci- ty. Registration forms are available at the office. Swim lessons are open to anyone four years of age as of July 2 and who have valid recreation member- ships. Single memberships are available at the office to cover use of the swimming pool. Swimming Pool Fun Day Part of the July 1 cele- bration includes a Fun Day at the pool on June 30. Watch the pool bulletin board for special events planned for the day. Tot Lot 86 The Recreation Depart- ment will once again offer its Tot Lot Program this summer for children from 3 to 15 years of age. Tot Lot is divided into three age groups: Ernie and Bert, 3-4 years (1 to 2 p.m.); Tot Lot, 5-6 years (2:15 to 3 p.m.); Summer Day camp, 7-12 years (3:15 to 4:30 p.m). Pre-registration is essential and is based on a first come basis. Summer Aerobics We are pleased to an- nounce that the Recreation Department will be presen- ting an Aerobics Session for Teens ages 13 and up during the summer months. This program will be pre- sented under the instruction of Krista Ditchfield. The course will run for six weeks, two nights per week, Mondays and Wed- nesdays from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the Curling Club. Deadline to register is July 4. Soccer For Youth At the conclusion of the Minor Ball Program, the Recreation Department is hoping to implement Minor Soccer. The age divisions will be the same as Minor Ball.
