Third in a Series: Previous articles in this series on the preparation of the Schriber Official Plan have presented background information on the com- munity. These articles place this background in- formation into a planning context. Climate For Planning After background infor- mation on a community has been gathered, it is necessary to place this data in a "climate for planning" context. During this phase Council and the public will begin to ex- amine such issues as the location of future growth, community improvement, the amount of rural development, etc. A report options is being considered by Council.
