Terrace Bay Ladies Night: Requests have been received regar- ding scheduling of Ladies Night in the Fitness Room. He serv- ed with the 17th Field Regiment, in World War Il, in Italy, Belgium, Holland and France. Member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 109. Survived by sisters: Lila, Mrs. Frank Korpela of Sudbury, Lillian Parent of Schreiber; brothers, Uno, of Win nipeg, and John of Schreiber. Nieces and nephews also survive. Predeceased by his parents and brothers Bill and Eino. Resting at the King Funeral Home, Schreiber. Funeral services were held on Tues" day, at 1 p.m. from St. Andrew's United Church: Interment Schreiber Cemetery. PARADIS -- Mr. William Thomas Paradis, age 65 years, of Schreiber, passed away suddenly at his residence on Sunday, Sept. 22, 1985. He served in World War.2 with the Royal Canadian Army Service Corps and was life member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 109. He retired from CPR in 1980 as a trainman and was an ardent supporter of Minor Hockey. Survived by his wife Emerald; sons Leslie of Schreiber; Grant of Thunder Bay; daughters Neldine (Mrs. J. Mikus) of Terrace Bay, Jewel (Mrs. D. Riley) -- of Schreiber, and Janice of Schreiber, Also survived by six grandchildren; three sisters; one brother, and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Walter and Alice, brother Bernard, and sister Myrtle. Funeral services were held on Wednesday at 4 p.m. from Holy Angels Roman Catholic Church, Schreiber.
