Gauthier was in attendance at the regular monthly meeting of the Schreiber Public Library Board to present a very comprehensive report con- cerning the financial policy for the Board's considera- tion. Secretary Mrs. Pam McKeever reported that application has been made for an Experience '85 grant which will enable the Board to hire two students for six weeks summer employment. The Tim Gosley puppet show will be held June 29th at 11 a.m. in the Public School Gym. In order to make room for new books, the Board decided to hold a sale of books on Tuesday May 21, from 7-9 p.m. in the Library. Hard covered books will be 50 cents and pocket books 25 cents. Plans are being made to have a display of old books, and a brief history of the Library during the July Centennial week celebrations. The Library is also co-ordinating the collection of pictures per- taining to Schreiber history to be displayed in the School Gym during this week. A very large group of volunteers from Thunder Bay and district were awarded five, ten and fif- teen year pins by the On- tario Ministry of Citizen- ship and Culture. It's Karli, Krystal and Kristine It has been 19 months since Terrace Bay welcom- ed their first triplets, Karli, Krystal and Kristine Koshowski, in that order. The girls have moved with Mom and Dad to their new home on East Grove Crescent and look forward to life in the backyard with all their friends. The girls haven't had much of a chance to get around downtown but now that they live in a more central location they'll be out shopping with the rest of us. They started out catering to the Kinsmen's functions and from there the demand for their services began to grow and grow. Fay enjoys cooking; as she says, "I'd rather cook than clean."'
