Programs Aerobics: We are trying to ac- comodate anyone who is on our waiting lists or in- terested in aerobics. Lise Demers will be our instruc- tor for an advanced aerobics class. We will be taking names for this course so don't delay, call us today. This course is due to start in March. Cross Country Ski We still have room for two more registrations in our second adult class which will take place on Saturday February 16th at 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the High School. Dog Obedience: We still have room for registration in this course. Your dog must be at least 6 months old, housebroken and have received all their shots. This course will commence on Tuesday, February 26th and run to April 30th. Photography: There is still room for registration in ~ the Photography course. The session is geared to teach you how to use a 35 mm camera, take a picture, develop and print it, and frame it. Mr. Ed Taylor will be instructing this course with date and times are not yet determined. Racquetball Instructions This 4 week instruction course is set for Youth and Adults commencing on April 11th. Red Cross Swim Lessons The Terrace Bay Recreation Committee in conjunction with Marathon Recreation Committee are presenting swim lessons commencing on April 20th. Each Saturday, students would be bussed to Marathon. Sign up today for swim lessons in Marathon. Sewing for Your Child Presented by _ the Ministry of Food and Agriculture will take place on April 20th. This is a one day course to teach you quick and easy sewing techniques for babies, tod- dlers, and pre-schoolers. Construction of T-shirts, sleepwear, jumpers, overalls and pants will be taught. Tapestry We will still be taking names for the tapestry course which was schedul- ed for February Ist, 2nd and 3rd. This course is to be rescheduled for sometime in March to give a chance for more registration. Cake Decorating (Judy Simons) The Terrace Bay Recreation Committee would like to present a beginner Cake Decorating Course.,We will be accep- ting names for this course. If you are interested, call us at the office today. Phone 3542. Schreiber Rec. News North Shore Directors * Hockey Jamboree The Jamboree is being held February 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 1985 in Marathon. The main objective of the jamboree is fun and enjoy- ' ment,. as well as_ skill development. Once in Marathon the children will be divided up into teams with 3 children from each town on a team. Each team will compete in 3 games of hockey as well as a number of other activities such as games in the pool, relay . races and a movie night. The children will be billeted with families in Marathon. There is no charge for the jamboree, all the children will need is their hockey equipment and a willingness to have some fun.
