The fact finder recommended that additional funding come from one or a com- bination of the follow- ing: 1) Apply salary savi from 1983-84 budget of $30,000 to- wards this over-expen- diture. 2) Use reserve or capital fund totalling $193,000. 3) Higher tax requisition 4) Sale of Board owned real es- tate. 5) Increase their pupil-teacher ratio clos- er to the provincial aver- age. The Fact Finder's report is not binding and negotiations will contin- - ue. The teachers have submitted another pro- posal to the Boatd and are willing to meet with them at anytime.
