About fifty people came out to enjoy the bar-be-que lunch and many other fun events. Ernie Kettle, judge of the Bubble Gum con- test, chose Andrea Chesley as winner of the 7 and under age group. Sheri Daniels won in the above 7 age group. The winners of the Parent/ Child races were as fol- lows: 3-Legged Races: Erin and Diane Patterson (3-4 year olds), Rory and. Bunny Singleton (5-6 year olds), Allyson and Cathy Withers (7-9 year olds), Josee and Lise Roy (10-12 year olds). Piggy Back Races: Jona- than and. Charlie Scol- lard (3-4 year olds), Marco and Mary Des- chatelets (5-6 year olds), Rory and Terry Single- ton (7-9 year olds), Jo- see and Lise Roy (10-12 year olds). Wheelbarrow Races: Scott Phillips and Karin Brassard (3-6 year olds), Boe and Maureen Ty- choniak (7-9 year olds), Terry Singleton and Trevor Stark (10-12 year olds). Other events inclu- ded a Candy toss, apple bobbing, and the very . popular water slide.
