To date, I have confirmed several hundred Canadians who served with U.S., Australian and New Zealand Armed Forces in Vietnam, as well as Canadian troops who served with the series of International Controls Commissions between 1954-73, Canadian journalists, doctors, nurses and others whose Dear Editor: The village of Garland, Manitoba and school districts of Gonta, Haig, Riga and Zalicia will be celebrating a homecoming on July 5, 6 and 7th of 1985.
