We are attempting to qualify for a vote to allow you, the members, to decide just who you want to represent you in the workplace. This vote will be conducted by the Ontario Labour Relations Board. Your rights 1: are protected and the United Association intends to protect your future. In the Near future we will be holding a series of meetings in Terrace Bay to explain our position, we hope you will attend. In the meantime, we hope that you will not forget that you have only been getting one side of the story. - Will the United Association be able to bargain a new Collective Agreement with -- Kimberly-Clark? ; The United Association has already formed a bargaining Committee composed of vour people to prepare a Collective bargaining agenda.
