This poem along with many others that I have in my possession, was written by my father, the late Joseph King, who was a commercial fisher- man at Rossport for over fifty years. He and my mother, the former Delena Legault, were married and raised their family in Rossport before moving to Thunder Bay. My dad was 86 years old when he wrote this poem.
