Ontario and research writers, headed by the executive producer Ken Mackey were in the area filming "In the Aging North America' (SO years) for a Vista Programme T.V. Documentary. While in the area they visited with Anne Todesco and Ray Kenney. Victor Laurin and Judy of Thunder Bay were in the village on Sunday, renewing old acqauintances. Beverly Legault host- ed the St. John Berch- mens Altar Society members last Thursday during their regular meeting. The meeting was chaired by Mrs. Doris Legault and open- ing prayers were offer- ed by Rev. Father Groulix. The minutes and financial state- ment were passed for adoption. The members are to hire some men to install the kneeling ben- ches and complete the cement steps and rail- ing. Home bingo cards were distributed among the members to sell.
