SHAW: Mr. Allen Stewart Shaw, age 64 yrs, of Schreiber passed away unexpectedly on Friday, February 9, 1979, Retired C.P.R. Conductor, born in Arnprior, Ontario on April 12, 1914, he was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jack Shaw. He cam to Schreiber at an early age and had been employed at the CeP.R. for 46 years, Retiring in December of 1976. Survived by his sort John Allan Shaw of Dryden, daughters Janice (Mrs. Peter Minoletti) and Sandra (Mrs. Mitch Raycevic) both of Thunder Bay, 6 grandchildren, Aunt and Uncle, Mr. & Mrs. Jack MclNeil and cousins of Renfrew, Ontario. He was predeceased by his parents and his sister Mrs. Annie West. Funeral services were held on Monday, February 12, 1979 at 2 p.m. in the King Funeral Home, Schreiber with Rev. Brian Bigelow. of the United Church officiating. Interment was in Schreiber Cemetery. Pall Bearers were Frank Godemair, Don Neilon, Dave Soriel, Charlie Holmes, Otto Strasser and Pat Bolan. Attending from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Peter Mino-~ letti and Peter Jr. of Thunder Bay, Mrs. Sandra Raycevic and Kevin of Thunder Bay and Mr. and Mrs. John Shaw of Dryden, Ontario.
