The Board spent considerable time on the Operating Budget for Pinewood Court and Birchwood Terrace for the year beginn- ing April 1st, 1979 to March 31st, 1980. Pinewood Court's total budget will be $836,577.00 and Birchwood Terrace's bud- get will be $478,287.00. This will result in the same per diem rate as in the past year of $23.00 per day. There were four bids for the heating oil at Birchwood Terrace.
