Midgets, Bantams, Pee Wees, Atoms and Mites were in atten- dance, along with parents, coaches and special guests. Following a delicious meal catered by. the mothersy master of ceremonies Terry Morris of radio station C,B.Q., introduced Brother Robbie Robertson 0.M.l. of Thunder Bay. Brother Robbie, as Tony Spagoni the Mad Magician, performed several amazing magic tricks, with the grand finale being the appearance of a live rabbit from a seemingly empty box. Mites and Atoms were individually presented with medals by Barry Harper and Chick Thompson. In the Pee Wee Division, most valuable player award went to Darren Mclean, pre- sented by donors Mr. and Mrs. J. Mikus, Shell Canada. In the Pee Wee Division, Mark' Houston received the most improved * player, presented by. Mr. and Mrs. D. Desrosiers, |sland View Service. coaches! awards were presented; Joe Kennedy Two special for most defensive player, presented by Tom Schock and Gordie Lang for "tiger of the year" presented by Len Pope.
