Thorough knowledge of Family Benefits and General Welfare Assistence Acts and Regulations and working knowledge of Children?s Aid Soo- lety procedures and policies and Homes for the Aged Acts and Legislation would be an asset; maturity, tact, abil- ity to deal effectively with and relate to clients; ab- 11ity to implement social service programmes.
