Tuesday evening the Township of Terrace Bay entertained all senior citizens at the Legion Hall. Music, dancing and a group sing-song were all part of the evening's entertainment. Prizes were given for spot dancing and there was a door prize. Refreshments were served throughout the evening, followed by a delicious lunch. Wednesday the residents were taken by bus to Jackfish where we stopped at the Chalet Restaur -ant for afternoon tea. Fresh home-made butter tarts were served in the cosy atmosphere of the Chalet. Events were. wound up on Thursday when the Chimo Club of Schreiber entertained the Birch- wood residents with a candlelight buffet in the home's dining room.
