BADMINTON TOURNAMENT: The Lake Superior High School Badminton Team, coached by Greg MacIsaac, made an ex- cellent showing in the North Shore Secondary School Athletic Association meet held at the Nipigon-Red Rock High School March 30th and 3lst. The overall winners of the tournament were: Juniors, Wawa and Seniors Marathon. Our Juniors placed second overall. Our team members and their finishing positions are listed below. Anna Racioppi and Elena Speziale Junior girls doubles gold medalists; ©. x Norm Beaulieau and Oswald Buhrmann, Junior boys doubles silver medalists; Jane Zwaresh and Ralph Booth junior mixed bronze medalists; Joe Kostecki Senior boys silver medalist; Sharon, Lewis, Diane Caron, Louise Desros- iers, Norm LaRonde, John Corrigan, Delena Almos, Trish Paukstys and Steve Sechesky, although they played well, were out of the medals. The amended By-law, 3 (1) (b) reads thus: The incumbent of each of the following offices shall be ex-officio a Member and a Governor of the Corporation on an annual basis: One shall be the hospital represen- tative of the Municipality of Terrace Bay; One shall be the hospital representative of the Municipality of Schreiber; one shall be the hospital representative of Pays Plat Indian Band; One shall be President or designate thereof of the Auxiliary to The McCausland Hospital and accordingly only this designated representative may serve during the one year term; provided that the Board shall at all times be composed of a majority of Governors elected by means of paragraph (a).
