Seven members of the Nipigon Club attended this meeting. Loretto Cataford installed the new Chimo Club officers. The new craft room it was reported is almost completed and ready for use. The December I7th regular meeting will start with a pot luck dinner, followed by the meet- - ing and a social with an exchange of gifts. Birthday gifts given by Eirene Harness and Marg. Spillane and Tommy Whitton were won by 'Nim' Wallace, Joe Campbell and 'To' Cataford. Plans were completed for the Christmas bazaar-tea on December IIth. Members: were pleased with the new drapes and re-painting of the club room and the adult public is cordially invited to drop in for coffee and a visit. Norman McCuaig reported several improvements completed both inside and outside the building. Michael Reid, Health Officer, spoke on the Swine Vaccine clinic being held December 8th in Terrace Bay from 9:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and in Schreiber, December 9th in the public library from IO - II:30 a.m. Anyone missing these dates may have the vaccine shots in Thunder Bay. REPORTS GIVEN AT ALTAR SOCIETY MEETING St. Berchman's Altar Society heard several reports on Church activities among them being a report by Mrs. Agnes Legault on the recent bingo held by the organization to raise funds to purchase fuel and supplies for the church. " Mr. and Mrs. Isadore Ray, Albert and Laura visited relatives at Red Lake during the week. George Goodchild was a Thunder Bay business visitor during the week. : Mr. and Mrs. Dave Iddison motored to Thun- der Bay last week on business. Mrs. C.W. Todesco made a business trip to Thunder Bay during the week.
