UNICEF WEEK THROUGHOUT ONTARIO The week of October 25th to October 3lst will be UNICEF WEEK throughout the province of Ontario. The following is an endorsement re- ceived by the Ontario UNICEF Committee from the Honourable William G. Davis indicating his good wishes. ; I note with interest that Unicef Ontario have have declared that the week of October 25 to 31 is henceforth to be called "Unicef Week"... a good method of promoting citizen awareness of the world-wide aid programs of Unicef. On behalf of the Government of Ontario I am more than pleased to wish the members of the Committee well with the I976 Unicef Week cam- paign. Any method of furthering public under- standing of the enormous problems of the under- privileged of this world, and of the efforts of Unicef to teach self-help and dignity through achievement to those who are less fortunate in today's society, must be sincerely commended and supported. I -ask my fellow Ontarians to spare a moment: | during Unicef Week to learn & little about the dedication and expertise of the Unicef organ- ization. Your co-operation and support will help a child in need. Signed, William G. Davis, Premier of Ontario HALLOWEEN DANCE-MOOSE HALL SATURDAY, OCTOBER 30 9-1 Music by: M.V.'s Power Outlets $5.00 couple Costume judging at 10:00 p.m.
