Public Relations McCausland Hospital TERRACE BAY POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORT A total of forty occurrences were reported for the period ending September 6, 1976. August 24 - Police investigated a minor theft. August 28 - A minor theft and a disturbance were reported and investigated. Also on this date a local man was charged with Impaired Driving and refusing a breath test following an accident. Another driver was charged with having liquor in his motor vehicle. August 29 - Police investigated two distur- bances and a minor theft. August 30 - Inquiries were made into a theft 'and a complaint. : August 31 - Complaint of a minor theft was investigated. September 1 - Police investigated a case of wilful damage, which resulted in a local person being charged. September 4 - The report of the theft of a bicycle was investigated - cycle later found. COURT NEWS: : Court was held on September 2, 1976 with Judge Guthrie presiding. John Graham pleaded guilty to Impaired Driving and was fined $250.00 Robert Bacon pleaded guilty to Impaired Driving and was fined $300.00. Cont'd pg.8..
