BOARD OF EDUCATION MEETING: Cont'd An Ad hoc Committee was established to look into the necessary details involved in estab- lishing such a program. This Committee will make recommendations to the Board at the reg- ular June meeting. Mr. Bishop, the Principal of Lake Superior Public School, reported that only 50% of par- ents invited to a public meeting voted for a Junior Kindergarten Program in Terrace Bay and Schreiber. He felt that this was insufficient support to warrant a recommendation for a Jun- ior Kindergarten Program in these towns.
