If you did not happen to receive yours, feel free to drop down to the Recreation Office for an extra form. It is important to fill out your form and return it to the Recreation Office by Thursday next, May 13th. Again, we stress the fact that volunteers are required in order to conduct this pro- gramme and we would appreciate your assistance as a coach or umpire.
