APRIL 7, 1976 TERRACE BAY NEWS PAGE 19 At the local Regional Science Fair in Wawa this past weekend Terrace Bay was the only out of town qualifier. Out of the top three qualifiers each one of them received at least one first place judgement vote but after a lengthly discussion the judges finally award- ed Doug Ross first place, Ralph Osvec second place and Mike Tychoniak third place. Congratulations go out to Mike Tychoniak for his study of Photomicography (photography through a microscope); Doug Ross on Physics of Light and Ralph Osvic on Holography (3D ef- fect of photography). Certificates of merit and money awards were presented. One hundred and twenty boys and girls at- tended the Science Fair at the Michipicoten High School on April 2nd and 3rd in Wawa. Ed Taylor, Chemistry teacher in Terrace Bay accompanied the boys to the Science Fair.
