MARCH 10, 1976 TERRACE BAY NEWS PAGE 15 WINTER CARNIVAL COMMITTEE MEETING A Carnival Committee meeting was held on Thursday, March 4 at the Recreation Centre, chaired by Claire Roen. ; The treasurers report was read by Ethel Boyd. The Brochure has been finalized and will be in the mail this week. All committee members gave their final reports. The Terrace Bay Band will be in attendance at the opening ceremonies. One big dissapoint -ment this year is that only three floats have been entered so far in the parade. Anyone still interested in entering one can contact Carolyn Vanderkam at 3564 or Kelly Helmink at 3329, The McGillivary pipe band from Thunder Bay will be marching in the parade on Sunday and afterwards giving a demonstration in the Ter- race Bay Arena. There will be a Klondike morning held on Saturday from 9 - 12 noon in the High School Ball field. There will be events for adults and children.
