ROSSPORT UNION CHURCH NEWS: The Ladies of the Rossport Union Church met at Weiben's Resort, where they were join- ed by Mrs. Weiben and her two sisters from Thunder Bay, Mrs. Isobel Fraser and Mrs. Pat Bjorkstedt. A lovely supper Prepared by Mrs. Anna Bjorkstedt was enjoyed. The table was decorated with tulips and appleblossoms and pink candles. The occasion was to bid farewell to Mrs. M. Martin and Mrs. E. Ibey who were presented with gifts of jewelry. After supper the members accompanied by Mrs. Weiben went to Mrs. Ibey's home for the business meeting. A social hour followed and a birthday cake made and decorated by Mrs. Legault was cut to honour Mrs. Ibey on her birthday.
