Cynthia McKinnon, who is a second year Recreation stu- dent at Confederation College, will be conduc- ting the survey during her internship at the Terrace Bay Recreation Department. It is hop- ed that citizens of Terrace Bay will co-oper- ate in this community recreation survey by filling out the survey when they receive it and return it as per the instructions on the survey. WINTER CARNIVAL: The February I9th edition of the Terrace Bay News will outline the programme content of the 4th Annual Terrace Bay Winter Carnival. Plans are progressing satisfactorily and it is hoped that the Winter Carnival buttons will go + on sale around February I4th.
