St. Michael. The 25th Wedding Anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Belliveau of Nackawic N.B. (formerly of Terrace Bay) was celebrated on Friday, Nov- ember 22nd, I974. Friends and relatives gathered at the Hill- top Irving Restaurant for a dinner and evening of dancing. Seated at a head table Edie and Ed were assisted in opening the many lovely gifts by their son Peter and daughter Eileen. Peter Belliveau also made a special presen- tation of a money tree sent from friends and relatives in Terrace Bay. A personal presen- tation of a porktrait was also made by Mr. Ken St. Michael, a friend of the family. The evening had been arranged by Mrs. Gwen i Olsen. She was assisted by Mrs. Aura Belliveau and Mrs. Ethel Mercer. 1 Mr. Louis Belliveau was M.C. for the evening The head table was appropriately decorated 4 with 25th anniversary candles and a wedding cake designed by Jean Liston. Mr. Bruce Lundberg made the toast to the honoured couple. Many phone calls and cards of congratulations were received during the week . Those who were able to attend from out of town were - Mr. and Mrs. Paul Rochon, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Belliveau, Mr. and Mrs. Sonny Helmink and Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Lundberg with Krista and Jeff, all of Terrace Bay. CONGRATULATIONS! We would like to extend our congratulations to Mrs. Mary Hale who retired from full time work at the McCausland Hospital last Friday, November 29th.
