A supper for approximately twenty people will be convened by Audrey Smith with Jessie Dodge as co-convener. : A motion was passed to give a donation to the McCausland Hospital. Instead of a gift exchange between auxili- ary members at the December meeting, the ladies decided to give a sum of money towards gifts for the senior citizens in Birchwood Terrace. Please give your donations to Madam President. : Tickets are now on sale at $10.00 per couple for the New Years eve party. They will be sold to members only until December 5th when they will go on sale to the public. There are only 80 tickets being sold. Edna Beddard thanked the Auxiliary for card and rose bowl she received while in the hospital. She also congratulated the execu- tive for a job well done while in office this past year. ) Lottery tickets for the Sports Foundation were returned to Winnipeg. It was decided not to sell these due to the fact that so many tickets are on sale around town. Meeting was adjourned with nominations for I974 executive following.
