It was decided tc ask the opinion of bingo players as to which evening would be more suitable. There will be a zone meeting on December 8. A supper for approximately twenty people will be convened by Audrey Smith with Jessie Dodge as co-convener. : A motion was passed to give a donation to the McCausland Hospital. Instead of a gift exchange between auxili- ary members at the December meeting, the ladies decided to give a sum of money towards gifts for the senior citizens in Birchwood Terrace. Please give your donations to Madam President. : Tickets are now on sale at $10.00 per couple for the New Years eve party. They will be sold to members only until December 5th when they will go on sale to the public. There are only 80 tickets being sold. Edna Beddard thanked the Auxiliary for card and rose bowl she received while in the hospital. She also congratulated the execu- tive for a job well done while in office this past year. ) Lottery tickets for the Sports Foundation were returned to Winnipeg. It was decided not to sell these due to the fact that so many tickets are on sale around town. Meeting was adjourned with nominations for I974 executive following. John Falzetta was thanked for his participation during the nom- inations. ; Madam President thanked her executive and auxiliary for their help during her years in office and pledged her support to the new pre- sident. CHESS: All those interested in the open Chess ses-- sions are reminded that this week's session will be held on Thursday, December 6th, at 7 p.m. in the Conference Room of the Recreation Centre. 3 AMATEUR PHOTOGRAPHY COURSE: The Terrace Bay Recreation Department in conjunction with Confederation College will be offering a IO-week amateur photography course.
