EXECUTIVE INSTALLED AT SERVICE The regular general meeting of St. Martin of Tours Catholic Women's League was held on May 20th, 1973 at 8:I5 p.m., in the parish hall. The Rosary was recited in the Church prior to the meeting. Father Greengrass gave his bless- ings to the incoming executive. The President, Mrs. G. Ramsay, opened the meeting, followed by League prayers by Father Greengrass. Mrs. W. Corrigan read a passage from the Jerusalem Bible. Mrs. Gerlach gave the treasurer's report, as well as the various conveners. Mrs. A. Regis (Church Life), read an appropriate poem entitled "Complaint of a New Member" and Mrs. Malashewski read a letter from Father Giroux saying how the many donations received from the C.W.L. were greatly appreciated. Mrs. J. Kennedy (Christian Family Life) spoke of what a great inspiration it was to attend the Dio- cesan Convention. Mrs. M. Dashkewytch gave her report of her convenership for 250 people, at the opening of the addition to St. Martin School. The meeting was adjourned by Mrs. W. Mrs. R. Sinotte was also presented with a gift for her many years of looking after the Church Altar. Father Greengrass presented Mrs. Leona Fournier with a 25 year membership scroll. The guest speaker was Sister Paulette Hat- field. She showed slides on the development of a young woman, through various stages be- fore becoming a Sister of St. Joseph.
