The rates for those subjects should be: Welding - $25.00 Adult Driver Education - $30.00 Some requests have been made about other subjects not listed last week - = Art, Italian, Radio Amateur, etc. You are requested to for- ward your application for any course in order that we might assess possibilities. ; THIS IS THE LAST WEEK FOR REGISTRATION - E.E. Forgues. OUTDOOR RECREATION SOCIETY The newly formed Outdoor Recreation Society of Terrace Bay Campus have planned a camping trip to Owl Lake on October 22, 23, and 24. This is the first of many outdoor activities to occur throu- ghout the coming year. Approximately thirty students will participate in this camping trip. We will be leaving Friday after- noon from the school. Travelling by canoe with many porfages we expect to reach our destination by Friday night where we will set up camp until Sunday morning. So all you hunters that intend to be in the Owl Lake area at this time be extra careful and keep your eyes open for us. - Kathy Zwaresh, - Phyllis Turner.- Mr. and Mrs. Jack Brooks and Louise flew to Toronto Thanksgiving weekend to attend the marriage of their daughter Susan to Frank Crane, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Crane, Georgetown Ontario. They were joined by their son Gary of London, Ontario. The ceremony was solemnized Friday evening, in St. Andrews United Church, Georgetown. Rev. Johntson officiated. Mrs. Susan Andrews (nee Sadowick) was Susan's attendant and Frank's attendant was Ray Carney. A buffet supper at the home of Frank's parents followed the ceremony. Frank and Susan are residing in Mississauga, Ontario. SUPPLY TEACHERS HIRED The regular meeting of the Schreiber-Terrace Bay District Roman Catholic Separate School Board was held on Monday, October 4th at 7:30 p.m. at St. Martin's School, Terrace Bay. In attendance were: Mrs. M. Helmink, Mrs. M. Bouchard, Y. Beauparlant, R. Mitchell, M. Nicol, G. Ramsay, J. Power, Sister Marvel, M. Ander- son, Mr. G. Matys (Academic Administrator), and G. Mullins.
