MARTIN'S HALL Spring fly-up ceremonies were based on the story of Peter Pan this year. The fly-up opened with the Guides in a Horseshoe and the Brownies in a Ring. Colours were presented. Parents, guides and brown- ies sang O Canada. Commissioner Caron welcomed the parents and guests who attended. Brownies from Pack 1 were Indians and from Pack 2 were Pirates. Guides were members of the Darling family, with Captain Jones as Mrs. Darling and Mrs. Caron as Mr. Darling. The Brownies flying up were the lost boys and girls, and Tinker Bell brought them to the Guides where they were introduced to the Guide leaders. They were welcomed into the Guide company by all the Guides. Before going into a song fest, Diane Coupal presented Captain Jones with a birthday gift. Freshie and cookies were served to all the Brown- ies and Guides, and coffee to the parents by Mes- dames Rajotte, Moore and McBride. Those flying up were Lois Caron, Ann Rowsome., Denise Vienneau, Judy Moher, Cathy Osmar, Carol Weberg, Patty Luke, Anne Stephens, Janice Pytyck, Rosalie Reid and Leslie McBride.
