W. Baillie was honoured at a Kimberly-Clark spon- sored retirement luncheon at the Terrace Bay Motor Hotel . Af ter almost twenty=two years of service working for the Company as a Mason and the last five years as a Security Watchman, Bill retired on August 7th. Jack Chapman presented Bill with his Kimberly- Clark Gold Pass for admittance to all Company mills. John Ferrier presented him with his life time pension letter and a framed colored photo of Terrace Bay. Other guests at the luncheon were Elmer Persson, Dave Gunter, Alex O'Grodnik, Hector McLeod, John Falzetta and very special guest Glen Baillie, Bill's only son who lives in Toronto. Bill and his wife Mary plan on taking a trip for a few weeks but plan on residing in Terrace Bay at 11 Pine Crescent. 'In the excitement of last weekend's events we erred on the new name of our hospital . From now on it will be known as "The McCausland Hospital *, Terrace Bay. Mr. and Mrs. Pek-tho Tjiu are the proud parents of a baby boy born August 6, 1970, the first to be born under the hospital's new name. VISITORS TO TERRACE BAY MILL Visitors at the Kimberly-Clark Terrace Bay Mill on August 9th and 10th were the following Officers of Kimberly-Clark Corporation as shown in the above photograph. - From left to right = Harry Sheerin, Executive Vice-President - Operations; Guy Minard, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer; Richard Appert, Group Vice-President - Paper and Forest Products Group; and Darwin Smith, President.
