Albert Rouble was appointed chairman. A motion was passed that the chairman and secretary approach a water subscriber who thinks that he does not have to pay water fees be- cause he put his own line in from the main line. and considers himself a private owner. If such was the case all subscribers could claim the same as all have their own line connected up to the main water line. A motion was passed that vacant houses would be exempt from water fees until said houses are occupied when full water fees will be charged. The secretary was instructed to write to the Department of Lands and Forests regarding progress on the water easement. A motion was passed that proper account forms, rubber stamp etc. be pur- chased for the Associations' work and further discus sion ensued on maintance of the water line.
